At Katrina Jewelry Co., every piece is shipped with care — literally by hand, by our founder.

Processing Time

Katrina Jewelry Co. is run solo by a surgical resident, so processing times can vary depending on what’s happening in the hospital that week. Some orders ship the very same day; others may take up to 1.5 weeks to leave our hands. On average, please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order ships.

We know waiting is hard when you’re excited about a new piece — we promise we’re doing everything we can to get your order out the door as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience and support of a small, founder-run business!
